All heating components on the split system tested and checked, air filters replaced and blower components/electrical inspected. No major issues to report, though site requested a return visit to assess one of the rooms that does not have a return vent, and is not getting airflow.
RESSAC PM technician arrived at tax preparation office to perform preventative maintenance on eight package units. Tech replaced filters on all eight units and inspected all of them for deficiencies. All units were noted to be in great condition.
